No contract
Plans run month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. If we have already carried out that year’s service, that visit is charged at our standard service price. There is no contract on our boiler service plans, so you can leave whenever you like.
What happens on a breakdown
We attend and diagnose at no charge, then give you a clear price before any repair work starts — with your 10% plan discount already applied. Call-out and diagnosis are included in all our boiler service plans.
What is not covered
Faults that existed before you joined, and damage caused by sludge, scale, frost or missed servicing. LPG boilers and fireback boilers are not covered — mains gas only. These exclusions apply to all our boiler service plans.

What a Boiler Service Plan Includes
Every plan includes one annual boiler service. When we carry it out we work through the full Gas Safe checklist below, so nothing gets missed and you know exactly what has been checked.
Visual inspection of boiler and controls: We check the overall condition of the boiler, controls and visible components.
Flue and combustion analysis: We test the flue and combustion performance to help ensure safe and efficient operation.
Gas pressure and flow rate checks: We confirm the boiler is receiving the correct gas pressure and operating correctly.
Burner and ignition checks: We inspect key internal components involved in ignition and combustion.
Internal component and casing checks: We check the condition of main internal parts and ensure the boiler is properly sealed.
Safety device testing: We test safety devices and confirm the boiler is operating safely, We also check ventilation.
Magnetic filter & condensate trap cleaned: We clean your magnetic filter & condense trap aswell as check water quality.

We had quite a task of removing an old water tank / sprinkler system as well as old boiler .
We was taken through different options with the benefits of each . We decided to go with a new combi boiler .
While they could of just removed the old water tank , disconnected the sprinkler system and changed the boiler , the lads went above and beyond for us removing and disposing of eveything so we was left with a clean finished result.
The extent they even went through was labelling the new isolation valves and explaining what to do in specific situations .
We also had a new hive system installed which we was run through fully untill it was completed
