How it works
Set-up is done online in about two minutes with nothing to post. We then book the service and get in touch when it falls due next.
Choose your plan
Take the £8.99 plan or the £10.99 plan and answer a few quick questions about your boiler. The higher £10.99 plan includes the annual gas safety check and certificate.
Set up your Direct Debit
The Direct Debit is set up with GoCardless and collected monthly. Your bank details are held by GoCardless and not on this website.
We look after the rest
We get in touch when the service is due and book a day that suits you. If the boiler faults in between, call and we attend — no call-out or diagnosis charge.

No contract
You are free to stop whenever you wish, on 30 days’ notice. If the year’s service has already taken place, it is charged at our standard service price.
What happens on a breakdown
We come out and diagnose the fault at no charge, then set out a clear price before any repair work, with your 10% plan discount applied.
What is not covered
Anything that was already faulty on joining, and damage caused by sludge, scale, frost or a service missed. LPG boilers and fireback boilers are not covered — mains gas fuelled boilers only. The exclusions hold on every plan we run, in York and anywhere else.
