How it works
Set up the plan online in a couple of minutes — there is nothing to post. We then book the first service and come back to you when it is due again.
Choose your plan
Choose the £8.99 plan or the £10.99 plan and answer a handful of questions about your boiler. The £10.99 option includes the annual gas safety check and certificate.
Set up your Direct Debit
The monthly payment is a Direct Debit arranged with GoCardless, and your bank details are held there, not on this site.
We look after the rest
We tell you when the annual service is due and agree a day together. If a fault appears in between, call and we attend without a call-out or diagnosis charge.

No contract
There is no minimum term, just 30 days’ notice if you want to stop. If the year’s service has already taken place, we charge it at our standard service price.
What happens on a breakdown
We attend and find the fault without charge. You see a clear price before any repair work starts, with your 10% plan discount already applied.
What is not covered
Faults that existed before you joined, and harm from sludge, scale, frost or a service left undone. LPG boilers and fireback boilers are not covered — mains gas supply only. These exclusions are unchanged from plan to plan, in Doncaster and every other area.
