How it works
Joining takes about two minutes online and nothing goes in the post. From there we book the annual service and remind you ahead of each visit.
Choose your plan
Select the £8.99 or the £10.99 plan and answer a few questions about the boiler. Choose the £10.99 and the yearly gas safety check and certificate come with it.
Set up your Direct Debit
Payments are collected monthly by Direct Debit via GoCardless. Your bank details go straight to GoCardless and never sit on this website.
We look after the rest
Once the service is due we are in touch to arrange a suitable day. If the boiler goes wrong in between, call us — attending and diagnosing is free.

No contract
You are not locked in. Leave with 30 days’ notice whenever you choose. If the annual service has already happened, that visit costs our standard service price.
What happens on a breakdown
Ring us, we come out and diagnose the fault for nothing. A clear price is given before any repair starts, with the 10% plan discount taken off.
What is not covered
Anything already broken at the outset, and damage from sludge, scale, frost or a service that was missed. LPG boilers and fireback boilers are not covered — mains gas appliances only. The exclusions are identical on all our plans, in Halifax and beyond.
