How it works
It takes a couple of minutes to join online, with nothing to post. Then the first service is booked in and we contact you when the annual visit is due.
Choose your plan
Take the £8.99 plan or the £10.99 plan and give us some basic details about your boiler. The higher plan carries the annual gas safety check and certificate.
Set up your Direct Debit
You pay by monthly Direct Debit through GoCardless. Your account details go to GoCardless and are not kept on this website.
We look after the rest
We remind you before the service is due and book a day that works. If the boiler breaks down between visits, ring us; there is no charge for attending or diagnosing.

No contract
It runs month to month and you can stop any time with 30 days’ notice. Should the annual service already have been done, that visit is charged at our standard service price.
What happens on a breakdown
Call and we attend to diagnose free of charge. Before any repair begins you get a clear price, with the 10% plan discount deducted.
What is not covered
Anything that was wrong before the plan started, and damage caused by sludge, scale, frost or a missed service. LPG boilers and fireback boilers are not covered — only domestic mains gas boilers. The same exclusions apply to all our plans, in Castleford and elsewhere.
