How it works
Signing up is a short online process and nothing needs posting. After that we book the service and contact you when it is due again.
Choose your plan
Pick your plan — £8.99 or £10.99 — and answer a few questions about the boiler. The £10.99 plan comes with the annual gas safety check and certificate.
Set up your Direct Debit
You pay monthly by Direct Debit, arranged through GoCardless. Your bank details sit with GoCardless and never on this site.
We look after the rest
We let you know the service is coming up and arrange a suitable day. If something goes wrong between visits, ring us — no call-out or diagnosis charge.

No contract
The plan has no lock-in. End it with 30 days’ notice whenever you want. If the year’s service has already been done, it is charged at our standard service price.
What happens on a breakdown
Ring us and we come out to diagnose the fault free. A clear price is agreed before any repair starts, with your 10% plan discount applied.
What is not covered
Faults that were there before the plan began, and damage from sludge, scale, frost or a service not carried out. LPG boilers and fireback boilers are not covered — only mains gas boilers. These exclusions are the same on every plan, in Rotherham and everywhere else.
