You can set the plan up online in a couple of minutes — nothing to post. We book the first service and let you know when the next one falls due.
Choose your plan
Go for the £8.99 or the £10.99 plan and answer a few quick questions about your boiler. That £10.99 plan is the one with the annual gas safety check and certificate.
Set up your Direct Debit
The Direct Debit is taken monthly and set up with GoCardless. Your bank details are held by GoCardless, not on this website.
We look after the rest
When the service is due we get in touch and book a day to suit. Should the boiler fail in between, call us out at no charge for call-out or diagnosis.

No contract
There is no contract to run out. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. If that year’s service has already been done, it is charged at our standard service price.
What happens on a breakdown
Call us out and we diagnose the fault at no charge. You get a clear price before any repair begins, with the 10% discount already applied.
What is not covered
Anything that was wrong when the plan started, and damage caused by sludge, scale, frost or a missed service. LPG boilers and fireback boilers are not covered — mains gas models only. The exclusions are identical across all our plans, in Sheffield and elsewhere.
