Joining the plan takes about two minutes online, with nothing to post. We then arrange the first service and remind you when the yearly visit comes round.

Choose the £8.99 or £10.99 plan and answer some quick questions about your boiler. The £10.99 plan adds in the annual gas safety check and certificate.
Set up your Direct Debit
The monthly Direct Debit is set up through GoCardless, so your bank details go to them and are not held on this website.
We look after the rest
We remind you when the annual service is due and book a day that works for you. If the boiler breaks down in between, call and we come out free of any call-out or diagnosis charge.

No contract
No fixed contract — stop whenever you like with 30 days’ notice. If that year’s service is already done, we charge it at our standard service price.
What happens on a breakdown
We attend to find the fault without charge and quote a clear price before any repair starts, with the 10% plan discount taken off.
What is not covered
Anything already faulty at the start of the plan, and harm from sludge, scale, frost or a service missed. LPG boilers and fireback boilers are not covered — mains gas installations only. The same exclusions apply whichever plan you take, in Oldham and beyond.
