How it works
It takes a couple of minutes to set up online and there is nothing to post. We book the first service and get in touch when the annual visit is due.
Choose your plan
Take either the £8.99 or the £10.99 plan and answer a few short questions about your boiler. The £10.99 plan covers the annual gas safety check and certificate as well.
Set up your Direct Debit
Payment runs as a monthly Direct Debit arranged with GoCardless. Your bank details are with GoCardless, never on this website.
We look after the rest
We contact you when the service falls due and arrange a day that suits you. In between, if the boiler faults, call us — we attend with no call-out or diagnosis charge.

A few points people like to confirm first.
No contract
You can cancel at any time on 30 days’ notice; there is no contract. If the year’s service has already been carried out, it is charged at our standard service price.
What happens on a breakdown
Call and we attend to diagnose the fault at no charge. Before any repair work you get a clear price, with your 10% plan discount already off it.
What is not covered
Faults that pre-date the plan, and damage caused by sludge, scale, frost or servicing that was missed. LPG boilers and fireback boilers are not covered — homes on mains gas only. The exclusions do not change between plans, in Normanton or anywhere else.
