You join online in a couple of minutes and post nothing. We take it from there: the first service is booked and we tell you when the next is due.
Choose your plan
Pick the £8.99 plan or go for the £10.99, and answer a few quick questions about your boiler. The £10.99 plan carries the annual gas safety check and certificate too.
Set up your Direct Debit
The plan is paid by monthly Direct Debit through GoCardless. Your bank details are given to GoCardless, not held on this website.
We look after the rest
We contact you as the service approaches and fix a day to suit. If the boiler fails in between, ring and we will attend at no cost for call-out or diagnosis.

No contract
The plan rolls monthly and there is no contract to break — just 30 days’ notice. If that year’s service is already done, it is charged at our standard service price.
What happens on a breakdown
Call us and we attend to diagnose at no charge. You get a clear price before the repair begins, with your 10% discount already deducted.
What is not covered
Faults present when you signed up, plus damage caused by sludge, scale, frost or a skipped service. LPG boilers and fireback boilers are not covered — boilers on mains gas only. Every plan we run carries the same exclusions, in Harrogate and elsewhere.
