Joining is a short online job and nothing needs posting. We set up the plan, book the first service and let you know when it falls due.
Choose your plan
Decide between the £8.99 and £10.99 plan, then answer a few quick questions on your boiler. The £10.99 plan carries the annual gas safety check and certificate.
Set up your Direct Debit
Monthly Direct Debit is set up through GoCardless. Your bank details are held by GoCardless rather than on this website.
We look after the rest
We get in touch ahead of the service and arrange a day to suit. If something goes wrong in between, call us out — the call-out and diagnosis cost nothing.

No contract
Nothing ties you in. Cancel whenever you like with 30 days’ notice. If we have already carried out that year’s service, it is charged at our standard service price.
What happens on a breakdown
We come out and diagnose the fault at no cost, then quote a clear price before any work starts, with your 10% discount already off it.
What is not covered
Problems that pre-date the plan, and damage from sludge, scale, frost or servicing that never happened. LPG boilers and fireback boilers are not covered — domestic mains gas boilers only. The exclusions hold on every plan we run, in Bradford and elsewhere.
