You can join online in about two minutes — no forms to print, nothing to post. After that we diarise the service and get in touch when it comes round.
Choose your plan
Pick the £8.99 plan or the £10.99 plan and tell us a little about your boiler. Go for the £10.99 and the annual gas safety check and certificate are included.
Set up your Direct Debit
The Direct Debit is handled by GoCardless and collected monthly. Your bank details sit with GoCardless, not with us or this site.
We look after the rest
When the service comes round we contact you and book a convenient day. Should the boiler fail in the meantime, call and we will come out, with no charge for the call-out or diagnosis.

No contract
The plan is month to month with no tie-in. Give 30 days’ notice and you are done. If the year’s service has already been carried out, that visit is billed at our standard service price.
What happens on a breakdown
Call us and we attend to diagnose the fault free. You are given a clear price before any repair begins, with your 10% plan discount applied.
What is not covered
Faults already present at sign-up, plus harm from sludge, scale, frost or a service that was skipped. LPG boilers and fireback boilers are not covered — mains gas boilers only. The same exclusions apply across all our plans, in Barnsley and beyond.
