How it works
Signing up takes a couple of minutes online and there is nothing to send in the post. Once you are on, we book the first service and remind you when the next one is due.
Choose your plan
Choose the £8.99 or £10.99 plan and answer a few short questions about your boiler. The £10.99 plan is the one that includes the annual gas safety check and certificate.
Set up your Direct Debit
Payment is by monthly Direct Debit, arranged with GoCardless. Your bank details go to GoCardless and are never stored on this website.
We look after the rest
We let you know when the service is due and find a day that suits you. If the boiler faults in between, ring us and we attend — there is no call-out or diagnosis charge.

The few things people usually want to check before signing up.
No contract
The plan has no fixed term. You can leave at any point with 30 days’ notice. If that year’s service has already been done, it is charged at our standard service price; if not, there is nothing to pay.
What happens on a breakdown
Ring us and we come out to find the fault at no charge. You get a clear price before any repair starts, with the 10% plan discount already taken off.
What is not covered
Anything that was already faulty when the plan began, and damage caused by sludge, scale, frost or a service missed while off-plan. LPG boilers and fireback boilers are not covered — mains gas only. Those exclusions are the same on every plan we run, in Pontefract or anywhere else.
